Andre: To us, this song is about a love that comes and goes as certain as the seasons. Very much like a school-time crush, having to wait through the Summer to see them again. They’ve loved this person before, and will again. But, until they come back, the sky seems just a bit dimmer.

Chris: We figured, since we’re all stuck at home right now under this “Shelter In Place” order, we’d release a “stripped mix” of a new tune for you to check out. Our hope is that it’ll distract you from what ails you, at least for a short time.

Here’s a little bit about what this “stripped mix” business is all about...

A “stripped mix” is a barebones, stripped down version of the song. In this case, I removed the drums, horns, bells, and some of the guitars. So, all you’re hearing is the vocal, bass, one guitar, and tambourine. The full mix of the tune will be released when my full album is completed.
